Delivery

For the majority of items, all orders received by 3pm are usually dispatched the next working day. Individual listings will indicate if an item is made to order or alternative delivery estimates.

UK
All standard-post parcels are sent tracked via Royal Mail. Where indicated, some items are sent via courier, this will need to be arranged with Studio Denley following your purchase.

International
Currently deliveries are only within the UK.

Returns and exchanges

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your order then please contact Studio Denley within seven days of receiving it.

Refunds are only offered on damaged goods and evidence must be provided.

Any unwanted items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, you are responsible for return shipping fees.

Payment processing is performed through a third party supplier (Woocommerce) no banking or payment details are held by or supplied to Studio Denley.
